The AI‑First Class of 2026

Two hours now. Hours back every week after that.

You know the job. The one that sits on your list all week and gets done at 9pm on a Sunday. By 11am on 10 September you will have an AI assistant doing it for you. First you build your business brain. Then you point it at the job.

Who this morning is for

Built for owners with a business to run.

Most owners have not built one of these for the same reason they have not done a lot of things: the week fills up. If you already use AI most weeks, you will still leave with something new.

1

You run a small business

Trades, professional services, property, allied health, retail. If you talk to customers and then have to do something afterwards, this fits.

2

The admin never clears

The follow-up you meant to send. The notes you retype at night. The quote that sat for three days.

3

You want your hands on it

Hands on a keyboard from the first few minutes. Nobody presents at you for two hours.

In the field

What people said after the last one.

What you walk out with

Four things, in your hands, by 11am.

The two hours

By minute 5 you are building. By 11am it is yours.

There is a moment, about 20 minutes in, when people look up from the laptop and realise the thing on the screen sounds like them. The whole morning is built to get you there fast, starting with the one subject you know better than anyone in the room.

First 5 minutes

Laptops open, and you are away

A few minutes from Bart on how the morning runs, then straight into it. Claude starts asking about your business, one question at a time. You are the world expert on that subject, so there is nothing to get wrong.

Next 25

You build your business brain

What you sell, who you serve, what customers keep asking, how you write. Out of it comes one file, and every assistant you build reads it first. That is why yours will not sound like everyone else's.

Next 10

The six blocks behind every AI assistant

Every assistant worth having is built from the same six blocks: the job, the input, the steps, the output, the rules and the tests. Learn them once and you can build for any job in your business, including ones we never talk about on the day.

Next 50

You build your AI assistant

You fill in those six blocks for your own job and save the instructions. That is the difference between a clever chat you lose when you close the tab, and something that remembers you next year.

Last 30

You push it to its limits

One test that should work, then one built to make it fail. You change a rule, run the same test again, and watch it hold. That is usually the moment people decide they trust it.

How the morning is designed

Build one with us. Build a hundred without us.

Two hours gets you one assistant that works. The same six blocks build the next one, and the one after that. So we build the version that works today, and show you what it grows into.

Layer one, today

The version that works

Built by you, in the room, on a free account. Simple on purpose, and useful on Friday morning without another thing added to it.

Layer two, this week

The version you make yours

One or two changes only you would think of, because it is your business. The workbook walks you through them, and this is where most of the value appears.

Layer three, the ceiling

What it looks like fully grown

Connected, scheduled, running without you. We do not build this on the day. You see it on the screen, so you know what is possible.

You decide what we build

You pick what we build.

The room picks. You vote once you have registered with the Chamber, the winner gets built live on the day, and you go home able to build both.

The Enquiry Assistant

Every enquiry answered while it is still warm, in your words, with your prices and your next step. No more writing the same reply for the hundredth time at 9pm.

It learns the five questions you answer every week. Which means a plumber and a physio walk out with completely different assistants, built the same way.

Where it goesThe same thing living on your website, answering at 11pm on a Sunday while you sleep.

The Content Assistant

A week of content out of the work you already did. The posting you keep meaning to get to, handled before you have finished your coffee, and sounding like you.

It learns how you write from things you have already written. Which is why it sounds like you, and not like every other AI post in the feed.

Where it goesBranded carousels and a month of content planned in one sitting.

Reserve your seat with the Chamber and the vote comes to you. Whichever wins, you go home with the instructions for both.

Where this goes

By January, your business runs differently.

The AI‑First Class of 2026 runs from September to January 2027, and it's a $5,000 program. Most owners begin with one job they are sick of doing. Five months later the admin handles itself, and the business takes on more work without taking on more people. Your membership covers the whole run, at no extra cost.

Thursday 10 September · 9am to 11am

You build your first one, in the room

Your business brain, then an assistant that runs on it. You go home with something working, and the quiet realisation that you did the thing you thought you could not.

From September · six weekly hours

Six weeks that make your business AI‑first

One hour a week, live online, with the same group. You go past that first assistant and build the ones that run quietly in the background while you get on with the work.

Monthly · through to January

The part that makes it stick

An hour a month to keep building and get unstuck, and to see what other members have made work. That is usually what sparks the next idea.

January 2027

You walk into next year with a plan

The last session is your AI roadmap for 2027. By then you will know what your business needs, because you will have spent five months finding out.

Worth knowing now. Thursday runs entirely on a free Claude account. The six weekly sessions need Claude Pro, about $30 a month, and you decide that after you have seen what Thursday is like.

Before you come

Three things to bring.

All quick. They are what separate two hours of building from two hours of troubleshooting.

A free Claude account

Go to claude.ai, sign up and log in once before Thursday. The free account is enough for everything we are doing.

Your laptop and charger

Arrive with a full charge. No iPads or tablets. The build needs a full keyboard and a few windows open at once, and nothing about it works on one.

Three things you have written

A client email, a reply to an enquiry, a post you put up, straight out of your sent folder. The most important thing you bring, because it is what teaches your brain to write like you.

Before you reserve

The questions people ask.

I have barely used AI. Will I keep up?

Yes. One thing, one step at a time, with the whole room moving together. The pre-workshop survey you get after registering asks how you are placed with AI, so the morning is pitched right for you.

Do I need to pay for anything?

Not for Thursday. A free Claude account does everything we do in the room. The six weekly sessions afterwards need Claude Pro, about $30 a month, and that is a decision for later.

Is my business information safe?

Nothing confidential goes near the tool in the room. Bring notes with the names and numbers changed, or made-up notes that look like your real work. We show you the setting that stops your chats training the model, and the habit that matters more than the setting.

What if I already use AI most weeks?

You will build something you have not built before. Most people who use AI daily have never given one a written brief, a memory and a set of rules. Finish early and there is a second job waiting.

When do I get the pre-workshop pack?

Monday 7 September, three days before the room, so you have time to set up before Thursday.

What if my assistant is not finished when I leave?

Then you book your thirty minutes and we finish it together. A link goes on the screen at the end of the morning, and the first 15 to scan it get one. Bring the assistant with you.

What if the room votes for one I did not want?

You leave with the instructions for both, and we build the other one together in one of the six weekly sessions afterwards. The vote only decides which one goes on the screen on the day. And with your business brain already done, the second one is far easier.

What happens after the two hours?

Six weekly one-hour sessions, live online, carrying on from what you built on the day. Then monthly sessions through to January, finishing with your AI roadmap for 2027. It is all set out in Where this goes above, and all of it is included with your membership.

What if I can't make it on the day?

Tell the Chamber and your seat goes to the next member on the list. The online course is open to you either way, and we will let you know when it starts, sometime in September.

36 seats in The AI‑First Class of 2026.

Reserve your seat with the Chamber. The pre-workshop survey, where you vote on what we build, comes straight to you after that.
